3D Modeling _ 2D Drafting
Almost all manufacturers need fabricating and manufacturing drawings which include required dimensions and bill of materials (BOM) to run the production processes. We work to Australian Standards (AS1100.201-1992)
We create 3D-models and 2D-drawings for your project and continue working until you are happy with what we have done. We use the advanced features of Solidworks to make your models time and cost efficient and also easy to modify. We can also review your current models to add benefit to it.
Design Automation
If your products are the same but different, we can automate your design process and help you design your products much easier and faster with more flexibility. We just spent some time at the beginning to setup the parametric model, then you can have thousands of different products in a short time.
DriveWorks is a design automation package add-in for Solidworks. We can create a parametric model linked to a dynamic form in DriveWorks environment so you just need to fill the form with your initial information to generate a different product with related drawings in a short time. As easy as that.
The second approach is using Solidworks' advanced features including smart features, design table, and equation table to create a parametric model of your product with all variables already set up in a table. We can create a library of the parametric models for all your products. Now you have a repeatable model and just need to change the variables to generate a different product quickly. As easy as that.
Creating Libraries
Libraries are very important and critical for your design process specially when you need to share some standard components and features in different products with other users or within your company.
We create the following libraries to assist your design process:
Design library: components that you can drag into the part model to add some predefined features or components to your part model. You can also modify the features while dragging into your part.
Smart components library: components that you can import into your assembly and create some predefined features such as holes or cutouts on other parts with just a click.
Weldment profiles library: weldment profiles customised to your need for preparing specific products.
Forming tools library: components you can drag into your sheet metal part to create a cavity or emboss.
Routing library: various smart components which you can drag into your piping, HVAC or electrical projects. It can save your time dramatically.

Engineering Analysis
With Solidworks simulation we help you limit the expense of prototypes and physical testing. It is a powerful virtual environment where we can test and analyse your product designs directly within Solidworks interface. So you can overcome your largest design challenges, increase product reliability, and reduce the amount of physical testing as we virtually test against real-world environments during the design phase to predict potential design issues early.
Solid Design team can run both linear and nonlinear analysis on your product and deliver a full design report. So you can easily make decision on how to improve your product to pass the required tests.
